Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 3, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of software.nen.ad, NEN.AD desktop software, software downloads and license keys, software activation and validation systems, product documentation and updates, technical support, custom software work accepted by NEN.AD. In these Terms and Conditions, “NEN.AD,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nenad Petkovikj, operating NEN.AD from Skopje, North Macedonia.
By accessing software.nen.ad, purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using NEN.AD software, requesting support, or ordering custom software work, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you purchase through Paddle, another payment provider, or a third-party marketplace, that provider’s applicable buyer terms, payment rules, and refund procedures also apply. For purchases processed through Paddle, Paddle acts as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for the transaction, while NEN.AD licenses and supports the software. You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into an agreement. If you are not legally able to enter into an agreement independently, you may use the website or software only with the permission and involvement of a parent, guardian, or authorized representative.
1. What We Offer

● Paid and free desktop software
● Time-limited or other software licenses
● Software downloads and related documentation
● Software updates and maintenance releases
● Technical support for NEN.AD software
● Custom software development and modifications
● Other software-related digital materials
Unless clearly stated otherwise, all products available through software.nen.ad are digital. No physical item will be shipped.
Products, prices, license options, supported systems, features, and availability may differ between products and may change over time.
2. Product Information
Each product page is intended to describe:
● The software’s purpose
● Main features
● System requirements
● Compatibility information
● Known limitations
● License-duration options
● Price and payment method
● Delivery method
● Available demonstrations or usage videos
You are responsible for reviewing the product page and relevant requirements before purchasing.
Descriptions, screenshots, demonstration videos, and examples are provided to explain the software. Minor visual, technical, or operational differences may exist between the displayed version and a later release.
A feature should not be considered included unless it is stated on the relevant product page, documentation, or purchase offer.
3. Software License
When you purchase NEN.AD software, you receive a limited right to install and use that software according to:
● The license option you purchased
● The permitted license duration
● The allowed number of devices or activations
● The relevant product page
● The included documentation
● These Terms and Conditions
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the license is:
● Limited
● Non-exclusive
● Non-transferable
● Personal to the buyer
● Valid only for the applicable product and license period
Purchasing software does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, design, branding, licensing system, documentation, or intellectual property to you.
You may not:
● Sell, resell, sub-license, rent, lend, or transfer the software or license key
● Share a license key with another person
● Publish or distribute a license key
● Copy or redistribute the software without permission
● Upload the software to another website, marketplace, repository, or file-sharing service
● Remove ownership, copyright, or branding notices
● Bypass, disable, manipulate, or interfere with the licensing system
● Use cracks, key generators, unauthorized patches, or modified licensing components
● Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it
● Claim the software or any part of it as your own work.
4. License Activation and Validation
Some NEN.AD software requires:
● A license key
● Initial activation
● A hardware or device check
● Periodic online license validation
● Verification of license duration or expiration
● Verification that the license belongs to the correct product
Activation limits and license conditions may vary between products.
You are responsible for entering the correct license key and protecting it from unauthorized use.
A license may be refused, suspended, or disabled when we reasonably detect:
● An invalid or expired license
● Use with the wrong product
● Excessive or unauthorized activations
● License sharing
● License resale
● Fraud
● A refunded or reversed payment
● Chargeback abuse
● Attempts to bypass the licensing system
● Manipulation of activation information
● A material violation of these Terms and Conditions
Temporary licensing-system interruptions may occasionally prevent activation or validation. Where practical, we will attempt to restore the system or investigate a legitimate licensing issue.
5. Payments
Payments may be processed through:
● Paddle
● Another checkout or payment provider
● A third-party marketplace
● Bank transfer
● Cryptocurrency or another available payment method
The payment options available for a particular purchase will be displayed on the product page, checkout page, invoice, marketplace listing, or purchase instructions.
You must provide accurate, current, and lawful payment and contact information.
We are not responsible for a failed or delayed purchase caused by:
● Incorrect information supplied by the buyer
● A rejected payment
● An unavailable payment method
● Bank or card restrictions
● Payment-provider security checks
● Incorrect cryptocurrency network or address
● Failure to include a required transaction reference
● Email filtering or an incorrect email address
For purchases through Paddle, the transaction is between the buyer and Paddle, while the software is licensed by NEN.AD under these Terms. Paddle handles checkout, payment collection, transaction confirmation, applicable taxes, and order-related payment support under its current Buyer Terms.
Prices, currencies, taxes, payment methods, and checkout providers may change.
Any recurring payment or automatic renewal must be disclosed before the buyer completes the purchase. A fixed-duration license does not automatically become recurring unless the checkout clearly states that recurring billing applies.
6. Delivery
Software, license keys, download instructions, and related materials may be delivered through:
● A download page
● Email
● A payment-provider receipt
● A marketplace order page
● A customer portal
● Another delivery method disclosed before or after purchase
Delivery may depend on successful payment confirmation.
You are responsible for:
● Providing the correct email address
● Checking spam or junk folders
● Saving your license key
● Keeping your purchase receipt
● Downloading and storing the supplied files
● Following the provided installation instructions
Contact NEN.AD when a confirmed purchase has not been delivered within the delivery period stated on the product page, checkout, marketplace listing, or purchase instructions.
7. Refunds and Withdrawal Rights
Refunds are handled according to:
● The NEN.AD Refund Policy
● Applicable consumer-protection law
● The payment provider’s binding rules
● The marketplace’s binding rules, where relevant
Because software and license keys are digital products, purchases are generally final after the software or license has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, activated, or used, unless a refund or another remedy is required by applicable law or payment-provider rules.
For consumers covered by applicable European digital-content rules, remedies for software that is not supplied or does not conform to the contract may include correction, a proportionate price reduction, or termination in qualifying circumstances.
Where an applicable withdrawal right exists for immediately supplied digital content, that right may end after downloading, accessing, or using the product when the buyer expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right. Paddle’s current Buyer Terms contain such provisions for qualifying EU, EEA, and UK consumers.
For purchases processed through Paddle, refund requests may also be reviewed under Paddle’s Refund Policy. Paddle’s current policy states that mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected and that product access ends when a refund is issued.
8. Installation, Compatibility, and System Requirements
You are responsible for checking the published system requirements before purchasing and installing software.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, NEN.AD software is intended only for the operating systems and configurations listed on the relevant product page.
We do not guarantee compatibility with:
● Unsupported operating systems
● Unlisted operating-system editions
● Virtual machines
● Compatibility layers
● Modified operating systems
● Unsupported hardware
● Corporate or restricted computer environments
● Security software that blocks required program functions
● Future operating-system releases

● A supported device
● A supported operating system
● Internet access where required
● Sufficient storage and system resources
● Appropriate permissions to install and run the program
● Current backups of important files and information
9. Third-Party Websites and Dependencies
Some NEN.AD software may depend on or interact with:
● Social-media platforms
● Search engines
● Websites
● Public webpages
● APIs
● Browsers
● Browser sessions
● Operating systems
● Online services
● Website structures
● Publicly available data
● Third-party software or libraries
NEN.AD does not own or control these external platforms and services.
A third party may change, restrict, block, redesign, remove, interrupt, or discontinue:
● Website elements
● Public data
● APIs
● Login procedures
● Browser behavior
● Rate limits
● Access requirements
● Security systems
● Features used by the software
Such a change may partially or completely affect the software’s operation.
We may attempt to update affected software where practical, but we do not guarantee permanent compatibility with third-party websites, platforms, APIs, browsers, or services.
A third-party change does not automatically create a right to a refund, subject to mandatory consumer rights and the applicable Refund Policy.
10. Automation, Scraping, Monitoring, and Similar Functions
Some NEN.AD software may perform or assist with:
● Automation
● Data extraction
● Web scraping
● Bulk checking
● Monitoring
● Downloading
● Browser interaction
● Social media actions
● Website analysis
● Processing lists, links, usernames, or other information
The availability of a function does not mean that every use of that function is permitted by every website, platform, jurisdiction, or account provider.
You are responsible for:
● Using the software lawfully
● Reviewing applicable platform terms and policies
● Respecting third-party rights
● Obtaining any required permission
● Avoiding unauthorized access
● Avoiding excessive or abusive requests
● Complying with applicable privacy and data-protection rules
● Ensuring that you are permitted to collect, store, or process the relevant information
● Protecting any personal or confidential information processed through the software
NEN.AD does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that a particular workflow is permitted by a third-party platform.
You use automation, scraping, monitoring, and similar functions at your own responsibility.
11. Accuracy and Results
Software output may depend on:
● Information supplied by the user
● Information displayed by a third-party website
● Website availability
● Network conditions
● Browser behavior
● Data quality
● Rate limits
● Third-party restrictions
● Changes made by an external platform
We do not guarantee that extracted, checked, monitored, or processed information will always be:
● Complete
● Current
● Accurate
● Available
● Free from duplication
● Suitable for every intended purpose
You are responsible for reviewing important output before relying on it.
NEN.AD does not guarantee:
● Increased followers, traffic, sales, rankings, visibility, or income
● Continued access to a third-party platform
● Avoidance of platform warnings, limits, restrictions, suspensions, or bans
● A particular business, marketing, SEO, or financial result
● That every account, webpage, URL, or data source can be processed
12. Support
We aim to provide reasonable support for paid NEN.AD software.
Support may include:
● Installation assistance
● License and activation assistance
● Investigation of reproducible software errors
● Guidance relating to documented functions
● Information about available updates
Support does not automatically include:
● Custom software development
● New features
● Unrelated computer repair
● Operating-system repair
● Third-party account recovery
● Circumvention of platform restrictions
● Support for unsupported systems
● Recovery of lost third-party data
● Work outside the purchased product’s documented functions
We may request:

● Error messages
● Log files
● Operating-system information

● Steps needed to reproduce the issue
You should remove unnecessary sensitive information before sending support materials.
13. Updates and Changes to Software
NEN.AD may release:
● Bug fixes
● Compatibility updates
● Security updates
● Interface changes
● Performance improvements
● New functions
● Modified functions
● Maintenance releases
Updates may change the software’s appearance, workflow, requirements, or available functions.
We do not guarantee:
● A specific update schedule
● That every reported issue will be fixed
● That every program will receive updates indefinitely
● That compatibility can be restored after every third-party change
● That discontinued third-party functionality can be replaced
● That all older operating systems will remain supported
The in-program update indicator or update notification is intended to inform you when update information is available. You remain responsible for downloading and installing applicable updates.
An active license does not guarantee that the software can remain functional when an essential third-party service or publicly available function is removed or permanently blocked.
14. Custom Software Work
NEN.AD may accept requests for:
● Custom desktop software
● Modifications to existing NEN.AD software
● Additional functions
● Integrations
● Configuration
● Troubleshooting
● Other agreed software-related work
A request is not accepted merely because it was submitted. Custom work begins only after:
● NEN.AD accepts the request
● The scope is confirmed
● The price or deposit is agreed
● Required payment is received
● Required information and materials are provided
● Work actually begins
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete requirements.
Requests outside the agreed scope may require:
● A revised price
● A revised deadline
● A separate order
● Refusal of the additional request
Custom-work refunds, cancellations, and partial completion are governed by the Refund Policy and any written agreement made for that project.
NEN.AD may refuse custom work that is:
● Illegal
● Deceptive
● Abusive
● Harmful
● Technically unreasonable
● Outside our capabilities
● Inconsistent with third-party rules
● Based on inadequate information
● Unacceptable for another legitimate reason
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, reusable source code, libraries, internal systems, licensing components, development methods, and general technical knowledge remain the property of NEN.AD.
15. Intellectual Property
NEN.AD software, website content, source code, executable files, licensing systems, designs, interfaces, product names, logos, documentation, text, images, videos, and other original materials are owned by NEN.AD or used with permission from their respective owners.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit NEN.AD materials without permission, except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
Third-party names, trademarks, platforms, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
Reference to a third-party company or platform does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or ownership unless expressly stated.

You must not interfere with:
● The website

● Databases
● Payment systems

17. Suspension and Termination
NEN.AD may suspend or terminate access to a license, download, support channel, or other product-related service where reasonably necessary because of:
● A material violation of these Terms
● Fraud or suspected fraud
● License sharing or resale
● Unauthorized software distribution
● Payment reversal
● Refund
● Chargeback
● Security threats
● Attempts to bypass protections
● Illegal activity
● Abuse of support or website systems
Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the violation.
A license may be disabled immediately when delay would:
● Create a security risk
● Enable continued fraud
● Enable unauthorized distribution
● Interfere with an investigation
● Cause harm to NEN.AD, a provider, another user, or a third party
Termination does not grant permission to retain, share, or continue using software without a valid license.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NEN.AD software and related materials are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We aim to provide functional and useful software, but we do not guarantee that software will:

● Work on unsupported systems
● Work with every device or configuration
● Remain compatible with every third-party platform
● Produce a specific result
● Meet requirements that were not included in the product description
● Remain available indefinitely
Nothing in this section excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NEN.AD is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from:
● Use or inability to use the software

● New products or features
● Changes to licensing
● Changes to payment providers
● Website changes
● Security requirements
● Legal or regulatory developments

23. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, without excluding mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the buyer’s country.
If you purchase from another country, local consumer-protection rules may apply where they cannot legally be excluded.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to a court or competent authority with jurisdiction under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded.
